Day 180 since the closure of Mersey Community Hospital Emergency Department.

Yesterday members of the Mersey Community Hospital Support Group raised awareness of this critical issue by responsibly protesting outside the hospital, attracting ample support from passers by.

Such action is no small matter in these tricky times given constraints of social distancing and contact tracing so they deserve praise for standing up for our right to adequate health care!!

This is just the beginning...
