Day 25 since shutdown of Mersey A&E began,

Thank you so much for supporting this petition!

Tonight we reached 700 signatures in our quest to get Mersey A&E back online.

We demand the government commit to a concrete timeline and action plan for the reopening of Mersey A&E.

We demand staffing arrangements that don't fall apart when needed most as has occurred during this pandemic: less locums, more permanent contracts.

These are not unreasonable demands, no more than what the government has given the other hospitals in the state.

This fight will go for many rounds, we are only in the early stages.

The only way to win is by standing firm and sticking together so I ask that you continue spreading the word as far and wide as you can.
