On April 29th 2002, my precious daughter, Bailey Marie Mt.pleasant, was cruelly taken from me. Her life was tragically cut short when she was murdered by my in-laws. I saw with my own eyes a needle prick on her neck. Despite the autopsy being conducted, the funeral home told me that the report wasn't ready, leaving me with the deepest sense of injustice I’ve ever known with unanswered questions about my daughter's untimely death and planned murder.

the truth came out for fact when my own in-law confessed to me, saying, "Yeah, we killed Bailey, we planned it out." This admission haunts me every day. How can anyone who took part in this investigation rest at night with content when justice for my beloved child has still not come?

I am calling upon the authorities in Ohsweken, Ontario, to reopen my daughter's case file and conduct a thorough re-investigation. My plea is grounded in the hope that the truth will finally see the light of day, and justice will be served to those responsible for my daughter's death.
