TO PREVENT FORAGING BEES GAINING ACCESS TO TREATED NESTS, PREFERABLY BY REMOVING THE COMBS OR BLOCKINGTHE NEST ENTRANCE.

Often bees can be left in situ, but when they're causing issues, there are other proven alternatives, safe systems which can remove and relocate problem bees. 

A blanket authority on particular chemicals to be used on flying and crawling insects is being exploited. Allowing the euthanasia of colonies that could be re-homed, simply because it's the cheaper and easier option. 

The manufacturers of these products should change this, and stop them being used against bees.
