WALKER, the most watched scripted series on The CW, is on the bubble for renewal after season 4. Headlined and produced by Jared Padalecki, the show has EFFICIENTLY managed to meet production deadlines and budgets while providing EXCELLENT episodes.

The show has a DIVERSE cast and uplifting messaging. It's more than a simple procedural, but has real HEART. 

The problem is negotiations between CW's new owners, Nexstar, and CBSTVstudios, who produce the show. Licensing offers have been low enough that CBS might not find it viable to continue.
