As part of the 250 milestone announcement, you should know that Mediatoon has been able to upload on all of the ninety-seven episodes and at least eleven songs from the Subdigitals album on their official YouTube account in English. I've found a couple of helpful pages so that you could get your questions answered; you can try sending a message to Mediatoon's contacts and ask them politely to bring back the original Code Lyoko series at this link: http://www.mediatoon-distribution.com/en/contacts/. As for Netflix, you can try to ask your same or similar question by going to its contact page at https://help.netflix.com/en/contactus or merely calling 1-866-579-7172.
