Please please spare FIVE minutes to make a change!!!!! Once again, the cats at Bonnie Acres in Bristol CT are purposely being starved! Yes unbelievable but true. After a successful TNR effort by volunteers (there are ZERO kittens or pregnant cats this spring), the Bristol Housing Authority has threatened volunteers with trespassing and plans to remove their shelters. This is cruel, inhumane, and unacceptable. Letters and phone calls have not been returned. We need you to be their voice! Come speak during the public participation portion of their next board meeting on Tuesday April 19th at 6:30 pm in the Cambridge room at their offices on 164 Jerome Ave, Bristol CT. Contact the mayor of Bristol and the town council asking them why they are allowing this to happen again and what they will do to stop the cruelty.
