We are so thankful! Hundreds of you found us through this week's Union Tribune and NBC stories. The stories, which were beautifully told, helped us get in touch with William Payne's godson! Paige is connecting with him to find new ways to honor William and Fannie Payne legacies.

Your signatures will help us turn Pacific Beach Middle School Joint Use Park (whew, that's a mouth-full!) into Payne Park. Doesn't that have a nice ring to it? Sounds like progress.
