Five month old Miles Tyson was at a caretakers while his parents were working.  Miles was shaken so badly that he has and still is in the hospital. The person responsible is in custody but due to the lack of prior convictions of the individual, the likely hood is that only probation will be handed down. We need this to be an immediate change for the safety of our children and community. Abuse of infant's needs to be zero tolerant with mandatory minimum sentencing.
