Removing the board members & President of Pets A Lone Sanctuary of Lincoln County (PALS)

Removing the board members & President of Pets A Lone Sanctuary of Lincoln County (PALS)
The Issue
There have been a lot of unusual circumstances involving PALS & community members animals, where PALS ends up with their pet & they never get their pet back.
Unfortunately I was one of those community members back in 2014 when PALS had my Corgi Bear who was microchipped. They took Bear out of our community to a different county & adopted him out at one of their events they hold at a pet store in Ballwin MO. They are still holding these events at the same exact pet store, as of 2/18. How is this still happening 9 years later?
I always knew my dog was stolen out of my backyard while I was at work. Problem was I couldn’t prove it at the time.
Fast forward to 2017 when PALS sued 3 community members for defamation. Now there is currently a counterclaim filed against PALS by THEIR insurance company. WHY, do you ask did PALS insurance company file a counterclaim against them? Well it came to light that a PALS board member took a neighbors dog without the consent of the owner. That admission made some of the statements they were claiming in their defamation suit TRUE!
Per the public record of the counterclaim on page 13 lines 40 & 41 state, “On September 20, 2021, Andrew Westerfield informed Defense Counsel after the Underlying Lawsuit was filed by PALS, PALS informed him that in or around 2015, a PALS board member took a dog from a neighbor’s back yard and took it to PALS, where it was hidden and cared for until PALS facilitated the adoption of such dog to someone out-of-state, all without the owner’s consent. Defense counsel then spoke with the PALS board member who was involved in such incident, who confirmed the incident occurred.”
A PALS BOARD MEMBER STOLE THEIR NEIGHBORS DOG!!!
Why are they still a board member? How many other animals have been stolen from our community members? When will our community members say, “ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!”
At the time my dog disappeared from my backyard the lady who lived directly across the street from me was a PALS board member. Her house was also the registered office address for PALS on their 2014 Annual Registration Report filed with the state of Missouri. There are so many more details & events that happened back in 2014 that are just mind blowing!
I do believe that my dog Bear is the one they are referring to in the counterclaim. I won’t know 100% until I find out who the board member being referred to is. There are to many consistencies between what happened with me & what is stated in the counterclaim. I have attached the link to the public record of the counterclaim. Page 13, lines 40 & 41 are where it states about the board member taking their neighbors dog.
REGARDLESS someone in our community had their dog stolen by a PALS board member!
Please stand with me & sign the petition to have the president & board members of PALS removed!
