Remove @winn as an RKL Mod

This petition calls for @winn to be removed as an RKL moderator because his actions have raised serious concerns about whether he can moderate fairly and responsibly.

Instead of simply enforcing the rules, @winn has been accused of repeatedly digging through people’s accounts looking for anything he can use against them, including trying to uncover private account information. He also has a history of pushing punishments or bans over small accusations, sometimes without enough proof to justify them.

The biggest issue is the double standard. He has been accused of helping the Methsters cheat while continuing to hold moderator power and punish other people for much less. A moderator cannot expect everyone else to follow the rules while avoiding accountability for his own actions.

RKL moderators should be fair, consistent, and trusted by the community. At this point, @winn has lost that trust. This is not about personal dislike; it is about whether he should still have the power to investigate, punish, and ban people when there are this many concerns surrounding his judgment.

For the fairness and credibility of RKL, @winn should be removed as a moderator.
