Los Angeles County Glendora DCFS has unlicensed social workers employed in their offices. The social workers are making uninformed, unintelligent decisions that are tearing our communities and families apart. These unlicensed social workers are submitting reports to the children’s court that have no intelligent basis, no reasoning other than personal gain, disrespecting parents, Violating our civil rights, and violating children rights. 

My social worker name was SHANTE CLARK. She fraudulently declared my infant as adoptable and the childrens court was unaware of the several available birth family- ASFA approved for placement, Who had found out what was happening with court and came forward immediately demanding the background and home approval process for the child to remain with her family.

However, in the beginning of this case, the “social worker” did not produce due diligence effort to locate a child’s birth relative, or the birth mother.

The social worker made erroneous allegations of harm and abuse and said there was a HIGH risk of harm. 

My baby was healthy, 7 lbs. 8 oz. and 20 inches long and I gave her a name, 
Sarah, Alexia Wallach. 

I hadn’t even met my daughter, she was removed from me at the hospital; at two days old I didn’t even get to hold her!
 My hospital discharge paperwork says there was no abuse and no neglect.
But says SURROGACY/ADOPTION.
I have no history of violence, no history of having any serious mental health issues. 

The social worker placed my daughter directly into an adoptive home at two days old. 

(referrals from when I was a minor that I was the victim to sexual abuse.I reported this when I was 12 years old while receiving treatment for depression, that subsequently resulted after the sexual abuse. I endured as a minor)

At the time of my child’s birth, I had never incurred any arrest or any criminal charges. 

My first arrest was three months after my child was born, and I was not transported to children's court from the county jail to defend myself against the allegations.

The social worker promised the foster parents that there would be no family involvement, and they could name my baby whatever they wanted to. 

This explains why there was no due diligence search, This explains why I was not transported to Children’s Court from the jail.

 

 

 

I had a psych evaluation done while I was in County jail and the results were that I suffered post traumatic stress disorder due to the separation from my daughter.I also completed two programs while I was in custody EBI AND WALDEN HOUSE.

When I was released from jail, I found that the foster parents were smothering my daughter’s identity, She was essentially unsupervised by the department, and these foster parents were doing whatever they felt like doing with my daughter and lying to the MAT assessment team. They were buying breastmilk on social media and feeding it to my daughter. This made my daughter extremely sick! 

They called her by a name that was not on her birth certificate, and they were posting photos of my daughter on their social media, and the comments on the pictures, talking about the birth mother, Sharing confidential information Publicly on social media, violating The child’s right to their identity and and it was interesting to see how “normal” this was for those foster parents! 

This is clearly illegal, and clearly violates civil rights, child’s right to their own identity. 

As does the assignment of an unlicensed social worker not knowing how to conduct herself as an actual professional worker? 
(This is just like those cases you see with the county hiring a language interpreter on the air, and the lady wasn’t qualified for it) 

The information and recommendations that she made to the court were uneducated, unintelligently made, and submitted recommendations to the court that undermine civil rights- not once was a due diligence made regarding birth family of the child. 

I’m not an attorney, but I have consulted with the ombudsman of Foster care - and they said, HAD the social worker followed proper procedure when there is clear evidence that the foster care providers are violating a vulnerable child’s right to their identify, violate privacy agreements made with the agency, disclosing, confidential information, publicly on the Internet— 
Had this social worker followed procedure. This would have been investigated and the child would’ve been removed from that foster home. 

My case was not properly supervised by an actual social worker- but from someone who claimed that they were..  & the violations went on without any correction, or any reprimand. 

Am I supposed to just tolerate this? How many more parents are out there just like me? Shamed into silence. 

My daughter and I visited in MGM home, four days a week, for three hours each day. For TWO YEARS 

My mom, MGM was ASFA approved FOR PLACEMENT. As well as five other birth relatives, who were also approved for placement. Why wasn’t my daughter placed? 
My daughter cried when it was time to leave. She did not want to go back to that foster home. She did not want to return to the foster home. 

my daughter was very intelligent and she knew fluent sign language by 2 1/2 years old. (no disability or regional involvement) 
 

 My daughter reported to us in sign language that she was being abused in the foster home by one of the other adopted boys that were in the foster home.  Not long after there was an allegation of physical abuse allegation made against the foster family.

This social worker accused me of being the one who made the report when in fact, I did not make any allegations against the foster parents. All I did was  tell the fake social worker (Shante Clark) what my daughter had told us while on a home visit. I thought that showing the social worker the video was suffice to generate an investigation.

The social worker accused me of STALKING the foster parents, it was purely a coincidence that the foster parents would have taken my child to the same gymnasium as one of my friends, who is also a parent and has a child the same age as my daughter. 
 
 Also, it is  actually illegal to disclose the identity of a person who reports Child abuse and neglect. You would think that a licensed social worker would know this.

More so, the details complaint made on the foster parents sounds nothing like what I had told the “social worker” Shante Clark

I would consider this to be unethical, and the Members of our immediate community and friends of mine, who also were aware of what was happening in this case consider it to be an illegal adoption..
MOTHERS FATHERS, BLOOD CAREGIVERS, RELATIVES NEED TO JOIN TOGETHER AND STOP UNLICENSED SOCIAL WORKERS FROM TRAFFICKING OUR CHILDREN and we need to remove unlicensed social workers ENTIRELY.

It is crucial that we have licensed informed intelligent decisions made when it comes to the integrity of a family. 

We are losing our children to foster parents that act inappropriately with foster children. We need proper assessment of foster parent, How many children they’ve lost,  if they suffer with any mental issues, or have a record of incidents of misconduct or reported for not following agency rules.
