The Issue

My son and countless other children have fallen victim to harrowing situations at Uintah Elementary School in South Ogden, Utah. They have experienced severe bullying, physical attacks, sexual abuse, and harassment at the hands of other students. Yet, instead of receiving the support, protection, and justice they deserve, they have been met with negligence, deceit, gaslighting and blame on them by the principal of the school.

The principal's failure to address these critical issues and inform parents about these serious incidents has further endangered the well-being of our children. In choosing to protect the perpetrators over the victims, they have shattered the trust that we, as parents, placed in the school system. Creating a toxic environment for our children.

It's imperative that we put an end to this disturbing state of affairs. Schools should be safe havens where every child can learn and grow free from fear and harm. When those in positions of authority such as a principal, district and state offices do not fulfill their duties to protect their students, they must be held accountable.

Statistics across the U.S. highlight that bullying and assault significantly impact students' emotional and academic development. This situation is all too real in South Ogden, and we cannot turn a blind eye. By terminating the principal, Uintah Elementary School can set a precedent for zero tolerance of negligence in schools, showing that we prioritize the safety and dignity of every student.

Only by standing together can we drive the necessary change to rebuild a safe educational environment for all children in South Ogden. Demand action now. Join us in calling for the immediate termination of the Uintah Elementary School principal.

Sign this petition to demand accountability and to urge the school district to protect our children. Together, we can ensure that no child will endure such trauma again, and that Uintah Elementary becomes a secure place of learning and growth for every student.
