Edit/update: Seventeen days from now marks the six month anniversary since the tradelock. A permanent tradelock for this.  For a break of rules that were not posted or available anywhere except on the discord. Which kerukuoverheaven was not in.  Please mods untradelock kerukuoverheaven she would never break the rules on purpose. There were no scams. Nothing happened. The community is not made better in any way by tradelocking loyal players.

KerukuOverHeaven is a longtime loyal player of Creatures of Sonaria. Her dreams were not just limited to playing; she aspired to become a YouTube content creator for the game and even wished to join its development team to model creatures for the game. However, about five months ago, her aspirations were abruptly halted when she was falsely tradelocked and banned from the community Discord server.  The ban was listed as “scamming”. After a few days of trying to figure out the true reason, she found it was because of a weeks-old post on the creatures of Sonaria wiki. KerukuOverHeaven is also a longtime user of this wiki, having 30,000 posts. The post in question that led to the ban was a generous list of people she wished to trade an Aereis species to, in the event her content creator application was accepted. It was a happy occasion because she had recently reached the minimum number of subscribers required to apply for the content creator position. (An aereis is a rare species exclusive to content creators.  Content creators can trade this species to normal players.).

”Attempting to sell a species you do not own”…? No trades took place or were planned to take place.

I have not met a single person who believes this is a justified reason for a player to be tradelocked for a lifetime.  Nothing even happened.  KerukuOverHeaven is a missed member of the community who has lost her reason for playing Creatures of Sonaria.  

Moderators do their job by removing scammers and people who are genuinely dangerous to the community, but does it make the community safer to permanently bar normal players from trading?

Other users are in similar situations. Tens or even likely hundreds of players have been tradelocked for a lifetime with little to no reason. No appeals seem to be accepted.  Creatures of Sonaria is a game owned by a real company that should have a professional system of moderation.

We call upon those responsible for managing Creatures of Sonaria's trade system to review KerukuOverHeaven's case thoroughly. We urge them to lift this unfair trade lock if no wrongdoing is found upon investigation, allowing her once again to participate fully in a community she loves so much.
