Introduced during the pandemic @Haven Hopton-On-Sea the booking system for Swimming slots should be scrapped as it is no longer required under COVID restrictions and restrictive to both owners and guests.

The system is grossly unfair for any individuals unable to access the online booking system as and when it's are released and, more importantly, the system itself causes inherent issues with individual booking slots upto 5 weeks in advance and then not turning up on the day resulting in the majority of swimming slots being unfilled on the day.

As Hopton owners who invest significantly in the site each year through our site fees, being unable to access swimming at the point of use on a first come, first served basis extremely frustrating. It is also extremely frustrating for guests who, in the majority of cases are also unable to access the swim facilities during their stays.

This poll requests that Haven scrap the swim booking process immediately and return to a first come, first served on the day/per session model.

Hacwn currently say 75% of owners wish the swim booking system to remain. By supporting this poll you will be showing Haven that this isn't the case and that as owners we want the swim booking system scrapped immediately.
