There's an individual, an employee who has repeatedly shown rudeness and unprofessional behavior that tarnishes the reputation of this establishment. On numerous occasions, he has not only failed to provide the basic courtesies expected of someone in his position, but he has also held packages and responded to public inquiries with vulgar language and outright hostility.
It is both frustrating and disheartening to witness or hear about such incidents. Many customers, like myself, have felt insulted or degraded, and it's time that we stand up for the quality of service we deserve. This is not an isolated issue; many others have voiced similar complaints, detailing experiences where they've felt bullied or mistreated by this same individual.
The community relies heavily on the services provided by Sinfin Asda’s post office. It should be a place where people conduct their business with peace of mind, where professionalism is not just expected but guaranteed. It seems this is not an achievable standard with the current employee, whose behavior suggests a pattern of disrespect and disregard for the community he serves.
