Recently, the IT department has forced every student attending Saint Stephens College to use their school photo as their Outlook profile picture. This was done without any warning or input from the students. Many students are unhappy with this sudden change and wish to revert back to their initials as their profile picture. This unhappiness MUST be addressed. Even if it means giving the students a choice between the school photo or their initials this issue must be resolved. 

I believe that we can resolve this issue by giving the choice and freedom back to the students by determining who wants their profile picture to contain either their school photos or initials. We are NOT demanding custom profile pictures, we merely demand an option other than school photos. 

Furthermore, there has been evidence of the misuse of these now-public profile pictures which can be resolved by giving the students their deserved freedom of choosing.
