As a direct victim and witness of the challenges imposed by a local bus stop, I'm taking a stand. Due to its location near businesses and residences, this bus stop has unknowingly become a breeding ground for negative behavior, particularly among waiting school children. Over 60 young individuals are consistently causing havoc resulting in vandalism and loss of customers for local businesses.

These incidents are not isolated but happen regularly, severely impacting the livelihood of local business owners like myself and the peaceful living situation of residents around. Damage and constant uproar created by these incidents have contributed to a consistent drop in customers, which is severely affecting businesses.

As the issue continues to escalate, it adversely affects our community's reputation, and I fear that if not addressed promptly, it may be too late to reverse the damage.

It is not the intention to hinder the children's transportation, but to ensure a peaceful and conducive environment for the businesses and residents in this vicinity. As a first step, alternatives must be considered, like repositioning the bus stop or enhancing local law enforcement around these critical hours.
