Unprofesional Behavior:

Both facilities are ran by Tom and Tammy Winstead with Selena Watson being the director at Early Beginnings, my main complaint is with Selena. She has time and time again promoted racism in the daycare. As a parent trying to teach their child that race isn’t important everyone is made differently but equal, to hear Selena (director) make statements along the lines of “I can’t stand white people” “white people are annoying” is completely outrageous and trifling. and from what I’ve seen she favors particular staff and treats the others like a nuisance. She will go out of her way for her favorites, according to an ex staff member they had a staff member who struck a child in the face and when the state came they covered it up aswell as never notifing the parent of the harm, as to be expected the staff member faced no repercussions. The owners Tammy and Tom are no different they’re money hungry and face their own allegations of racism, guns in their charter school, safety violations, teachers under their watch being inappropriate with students and just blatant ignorance. All three of these people Tammy, Tom and Selena will go out of their way to cover each other like 3 peas in a pod. Please sign this petition to remove these people from their positions, Children should not be subjected to these types of environments.
