Snapchat's new My AI feature is causing frustration and anger among its users. This feature cannot be removed from chats, unfriended, or blocked without having to pay for it. It feels like a scam and is making the app less enjoyable to use.

According to a survey conducted by Statista in 2021, Snapchat has over 280 million daily active users worldwide. Many of these users are now feeling trapped with this unwanted AI feature.

Since this new feature has been added, Snapchat has now lost 15%, 42,000 of thier users. 

Furthermore, the lack of transparency around this feature raises concerns about privacy and data collection. Users have no control over what information is being collected by the AI or how it will be used.
