Upon rewatching Muppets Most Wanted I saw there was a cameo from Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs in the iconic Disney film. Due to the current court case and the litany of allegations surrounding Mr. Combs’ misconduct and abhorrent abusive behavior; it is my belief that the rather unimportant scene be removed from streaming platforms. The scene in question shows Diddy gambling on a train with the muppet Rizzo. This scene does not enhance the plot; it is simply a cameo that in light of the current climate and situation as a parent I do not want to see this man portrayed in any sort of positive light when the evidence that has been made public has shown Mr. Combs is physically, emotionally, and sexually abusive. My plea is for Streaming platform Disney+ as well as the Jim Henson puppet company to remove the irrelevant scene; so that his victims and those effected by his criminal allegations do not have to see his face in an otherwise masterpiece of a film.
