Petition to Remove Rynn (Lila) from Leadership

This petition is to express the concerns of many members of CBM regarding Lila, also known as Rynn. As the co-owner of CBM and head coach of Babies, we believe leadership should set a positive example for the community.

Many members feel that Rynn frequently tries to get others in trouble for behavior that she engages in herself. This has created frustration because the rules do not seem to be applied fairly to everyone.

There are also concerns about the language she uses toward members. Multiple people have reported being called insulting names and offensive slurs, including the b-word, f-slur, and t-slur. Behavior like this creates a negative and unwelcoming environment, especially from someone in a leadership position.

We are asking that these concerns be taken seriously and that appropriate action be considered to ensure CBM is a fair, respectful, and enjoyable community for everyone.
