Remove Restrictions of Under cleavage on Twitch

The Issue

THIS ISN'T JUST ABOUT UNDERBOOBS. IT'S ABOUT LETTING STREAMERS BE THEMSELVES.

Twitch TOS explicitly states:

"for those who present as women, we ask that you cover your nipples. We do not permit exposed underbust. Cleavage is unrestricted as long as these coverage requirements are met." [source]

But on a platform that actively profits and generates a huge amount of revenue from mature "ASMR" streamers and hot tub streamers, how does it makes sense that the stylistic choice for underboob on an avatar/outfit is punished while bikinis thrive?

I believe this hypocrisy in Twitch TOS is due to underboob implying the lack of a bra -- that women who don't wear bras should be more sexualized or seen in a lewd context. But on twitch, most content creators like vtubers aren't showing cleavage in a sexual context, but just a stylistic choice -- like a bandeau or a cropped shirt. Sometimes, it might even cover more of the breasts than something revealing like a bikini, but it still will be flagged as sexual content and the content creator will be banned. A female streamer can sit in a hot tub in their room and it wont be labelled as "sexual" but a Vtuber avatar with a cropped top showing slight underboob is....

What I wear does not imply I want sex.

My breasts are a part of me, they are not inherently sexual.

If someone were to wear a full body suit covering everything but their underbust, they would have a higher chance at being banned than a hot tub streamer licking their mic. Twitch claims they want to protect their community, but their backwards policies just punish women for expressing their fashion, shaming our bodies and blaming us for any sexual misinterpretations.

A casual cozy streamer who likes a shirt with an underbust cut out is an example of someone who might be targeted for this ban. Reminder -- BANS ARE ALMOST ALWAYS PERMANENT AND UNWARNED. What Twitch fails to understand is that there is nothing inherently more sexual about underbust than regular cleavage.

All I ask is this:

PLEASE HELP US REMOVE THIS RESTRICTION ON UNDERBOOB.

Showing underbust is not always meant to be sexual. Mostly it is just a fashion choice, just like showing cleavage, thighs, arms, legs, shoulders, etc.

Please stop punishing women for having breasts.

I'm not trying to turn twitch into P*rnhub, I'm not trying to make it more sexual or anything. I also dont think there is anything wrong with hot tub streamers, and in fact it's popular for a reason because there's an audience and they do great at that type of content! I just am asking for IRL streamers/Vtuber to be able to wear what expresses them, and to stop sexualizing underboobs since they are just like any other part of us.

Dear twitch,

I understand that this may seem childish or dumb, but its about way more than just showing underboobs -- it's about how you treat women on your "open and safe" platform. You claim to protect us, the creators that put the money in your pocket, but instead you blindly throw us around without trying to take care of the backbone of your community. We might not all have a lot of followers, and maybe this is why you might think it's easier to target us. But if you truly cared about your platform and your content creators you'll stop punishing women for having bodies you deem "sexual". A female streamer might just feel cute and confident in a shirt/dress in a SFW context and you still choose to call her overly sexual for...existing? Please, listen to us, the people who love your platform. Why should we hide who we are? We are women. We have breasts. And underboob is a fashion choice -- NOT just a sexual one.
