As a deeply concerned parent and advocate against discrimination, I have reached a breaking point with the ongoing racism and unfair play permeating the NEAHL, particularly orchestrated by individuals such as Randy Martin Keven, Gallaway, and Margarette. Over the past 14 years of my kids playing in this league, I have witnessed a disturbing rise in unfair practices and racial incidents amplified by these individuals.

Their manipulation of the playoffs by swapping brackets for their own preferences, alongside supporting racist players, is simply unacceptable. When a player like Vermillion, who notoriously went viral for his racist comment, "BUNK ASS INDIANS," received a mere 6-game suspension, it became clear that these representatives protect racism rather than punish it.

The actions of Randy Martin Kevin Gallaway , and Margarette have not only sabotaged the integrity of the game but have also facilitated an atmosphere where racism is overlooked and even tolerated. These figures have allowed biased refereeing and discriminatory actions to continue, degrading the sportsmanship and spirit of the league.

This issue is personal to me, as I have always stood firm against bullies and racism. Their continued presence inflicts lasting harm on the young players and diminishes the joy and fairness of the game. My son, who has been on the receiving end of their biases, gives me the resolve to fight for a more just and equitable environment.

I urge the NEAHL community and all supporters of fair play to join me in demanding the removal of Randy Martin Kevin Gallaway , and Margarette from their positions. Their reprehensible conduct is incompatible with the values we hold dear and should not be tolerated any longer.

come on guys I know you have been through this with there unfair treatment this is your CHANCE to get them out! They deserve to be removed asap before next season. Or just simply shut down neahl, this has become some bullshit hockey! I know your afraid to say anything but I have got your back! Let’s get these people out of here asap.
