*Petition to Address Concerns at Christ The Teacher Catholic School* We, the concerned members of the Christ The Teacher Catholic School community, including parents, guardians, teachers, and concerned citizens, wish to bring attention to pressing issues that have affected our school. Our objective is to create a positive and safe learning environment for our students and to bring back our strong, loving, faith filled CTTCS way of being before we lose wonderful families and teachers from poor leadership. 

*Background:* We have observed that under the leadership of Principal Kelly Lanza, there have been a number of ongoing issues that have raised concerns among parents and faculty.  These issues include:

1. *Ineffective Policies:* The implementation of certain policies has not been in the best interest of our students, leading to frustration among teachers, parents, and students alike.
2. *Poor Leadership:* The lack of clear vision and communication from the school's leadership has led to confusion and discontent within our school community. 
3. *Concerning Pattern from past employment:* Within the last four years, Kelly Lanza has held three head principal positions, in three different states, ours included. This is the second petition to have her removed from her position. It's concerning to see a pattern emerge with Principal Kelly Lanza's leadership at multiple schools in different states within a short span of time. *Our Objective:* Through this petition, we aim to address these concerns and advocate for positive change within our school's leadership. Our goal is to create a conducive and safe learning environment for our children, where their educational and emotional needs are met effectively.
