Percussion ensemble has been an amazing part of my career in music, it has allowed me to learn and be pushed beyond my limits as we go through etudes for a variety of instruments, allowing me to grow stronger in my musical capabilities. The class is also much more personalized as the music is written specifically with technique, rhythm and design kept in mind helping me understand better.  

Furthermore, I have developed a strong bond with those participating in the class and my fellow ex- perc members have as well. I have been entitled to sharing the stories of years past to the new comers and practice of freshman orientation. This proves the importance of attendance within this class as the bond between the students is crucial towards the social structure.
