In my experience within the Hood Modded community, one individual has consistently disrupted the safe and respectful environment we strive for. This individual, known as "nights," has shown behavior unbecoming of someone in a position of authority. His conduct has been rude, dismissive, and, at times, vulgar and disrespectful. Despite numerous attempts to address these issues, there has been a complete lack of responsiveness or willingness to change, leading to a toxic atmosphere for those involved in the community.

Effective moderation and development roles should be filled by those who foster positive interactions, ensure community safety, and promote inclusivity. Nights, unfortunately, has failed to meet these basic standards. His language and unprofessional demeanor have alienated members and detracted from the enjoyment and growth of Hood Modded.

Numerous community members can attest to incidents where nights' language was inappropriate, including instances of verbal abuse and derogatory remarks. Such behavior should never be tolerated, especially from someone holding significant influence over the community's direction and culture.

We believe in a vibrant, respectful, and inclusive online space where everyone feels welcome. The removal of nights from all moderation and development roles within Hood Modded will help restore this vision and encourage a healthier community environment.
