Mr Venketachelam, who holds a significant position, has been consistently failing in fulfilling his duties. He has not provided any transparent solutions to the countless problems facing our banking community, causing distress amongst bankers. Many of us have witnessed the decline in quality and efficiency due to his oversight, leading to inadequate service provision and a general sense of frustration.

Bankers and Regional Leaders have raised numerous complaints about mistreatment and unresponsiveness from Mr Venketachelam. Not only has he failed to address these issues, but he has also been unapproachable and dismissive.

We believe that the removal of Mr Venketachelam from his position is necessary to restore trust and effectiveness in our union. By appointing a more capable and empathetic leader, we can bring about the change necessary to improve our union.
