Petition for the removal of Vince Arnold  and Greg Paquin from MCYFL leadership. We the  parents, guardians, and supporters of MCYFL call for the immediate removal of Commissioner Vince Arnold and Greg Paquin from their posts. The catalyst  was the recent removal of a coach under an alleged rule that, by multiple accounts, was never clearly written, published, or consistently applied. Coach Kenny even complied with John’s request and removed the post that he targeted him for . Enforcing an unwritten rule to remove a coach undermines due process and destroys trust. It sends a message that decisions are arbitrary and accountability is optional. Compounding this breakdown are long-standing concerns about unilateral team reassignments made without prior parental consent. Parents report being left out of the loop or receiving shifting explanations. Many describe interactions that felt dismissive or disrespectful. Youth sports should be rooted in respect, transparency, and fairness, not shifting standards and top-down dictates. Therefore, we demand, 1. The removal of Vince Arnold as Commissioner. 2. The removal of Greg Paquin from league leadership. 3. Publicly posted bylaws and disciplinary procedures. 4. A clear, parent-notified process for any roster or coaching change. 5. Reinstatement of Coach Kenny Carr for  the remainder of the season Our kids deserve a league they can believe in. We want a league that puts children first with transparent rules, fair play, and respectful leadership. Sign if you agree MCYFL needs a new direction. Time to reinstate Coach Kenny and get rid of the people who don’t even respect the parents and the time and money we put in. Vince Arnold  is arrogant and disrespectful, he believes he is untouchable and his time has come.
