The leadership and direction of our education system are critical to the success and development of our students. Yet, under the current tenure of Superintendent LaTanya D. McDade, numerous issues have arisen that concern students, parents, and educators alike. The time has come to address these issues head-on by considering a change in leadership, one that better aligns with the needs and aspirations of our community.

Since LaTanya D. McDade took over as Superintendent, we have witnessed a steep decline in district performance and morale. Parents have reported inadequate communication and lack of transparency on key decisions affecting their children's education. Moreover, a series of policy decisions have been implemented without proper consultation with educators and stakeholders, leading to widespread dissatisfaction.

Evidence suggests a growing discontent among teachers, with increased turnover rates and reports of inadequate support and resources.
