Larry Cook for many reasons should be removed from any position within City of Bonifay and Homles County positions to include Mayor, Fire Chief and any and all positions within Holmes County. 
He does not hold residence and live in Bonifay FL. The residents want a better leader to fulfill this role they can trust and Larry is not one of them. 
The public needs to go in person to the City Police department and file a report to investigate Larry Cook with Chief Whitaker
