Living in a neighborhood where our children should feel safe and secure, we've been facing an unsettling reality that's affecting our peace of mind and well-being. There are young children living on our street. Recently, a known sex offender has moved into a house nearby, which currently serves as a homeless accommodation property. The constant anxiety and worry over our children's safety has become overwhelming.

In the past, we have experienced issues with the previous residents of this property—there was constant drinking, drug use, and regular police presence. Our kids were exposed to sights and situations that no child should have to witness. This situation is impacting our community and our mental healths. We are deeply concerned about the type of individuals that might be housed in this property in the future if appropriate measures are not taken.

We demand the removal of the known sex offender from our vicinity and that the aforementioned property no longer serves as a residence for individuals who pose a potential risk to the community.
