Kenneth “Zoo” Petty was wrongfully convicted of sexually assaulting Jennifer Hough, who has recently attested to committing perjury. The Petty Family has been subject to slandering and  damaging accusations from Hough, for it only to be false. In support, this petition has been created to REMOVE Kenneth Petty from the New York State Sex Offender Registry.
