In what feels like a nightmare that no parent should ever endure, Judge Tamara Childers issued a court order that deeply affects the safety and wellbeing of children. In her recent ruling, she acknowledged an allegation that the children's father was exposing them to pornography, which he did not deny. Despite this grave concern, Judge Childers inexplicably removed the father's supervision, granting him unsupervised and even overnight access to the children.

This decision not only defies logic but profoundly risks the welfare of these children. Later, Judge Childers took another unwarranted step by removing  children from a parent and placing them with a third party, without the due process of a hearing or any formal request from the third party. This action blatantly contravenes our state's laws, which are put in place to protect parental rights and the best interest of the children.

Previously, another judge presided over a full hearing and determined that a parent was a fit and capable parent. Despite this, Judge Childers emergently overruled that decision the very next day without conducting any hearing to understand the situation, arbitrarily deciding what was best for these children.

The judiciary holds a profound responsibility to ensure justice, especially in matters concerning children. Judge Tamara Childers' continuous disregard for due process and child safety cannot be permitted to stand unchallenged. Her actions demonstrate a troubling pattern that brings her judgment into question, not only affecting this family but potentially putting other families at risk as well.

We urge the authorities to reassess her position and take appropriate actions to prevent further decisions that could put more children in harm's way.
