In 2014, Kraigen Grooms was arrested by police in the state of Iowa after a video was discovered online of him sexually assaulting a two-year-old child. He had filmed the disgusting assault while directly streaming it to an unidentified viewer(s) on the internet. He was 16 at the time of the monstrous assault, clearly old enough to know that what he was doing was wrong. 

In early September 2016, he was sentenced. His sentence requires him to serve NO JAIL/PRISON TIME. He was sentenced to 10 years of a suspended sentence - allowing Grooms to walk free from the Wapello County, Iowa Courthouse. He will be required to register on the sex offenders list for the rest of his life, however. The judge who handed down this extremely lenient sentence is Judge Randy Degeest of the Wapello County, Iowa Courthouse.

We ask that Judge Randy Degeest be removed from his duty in the county courthouse as it is clear that little to no justice is being served in this sickening case. We send our sincerest thoughts and best wishes to the family of the victim who had her (or his, not sure of the gender as it wasn't made clear, for privacy reasons, in any of the articles I've read) innocence taken so young.
