⚖️ Corruption in Family Court: Judge Michele G. Bononi Must Be Investigated & Dismissed
Westmoreland County families are suffering. At the center of countless complaints is Judge Michele G. Bononi, whose decisions have led to wrongful imprisonment, family separation, and systemic abuse of judicial power.
This campaign calls for an immediate investigation into Judge Bononi’s conduct and a suspension of her authority over family court matters until a full inquiry is completed which should culminate in her removal.
 
🚨 Pattern of Misconduct & Civil Rights Violations:
Numerous parents, including plaintiffs in the federal civil rights case Jackson  v. Westmoreland et al (W.D. Pa. Case No. 2:25-cv-00420), allege that Judge Bononi allegedly:

Violated due process & equal protection under the 5th and 14th Amendments.
Aided & abetted court actors in obstructing justice and defrauding litigants.
Misused judicial discretion to punish, silence, and imprison parents based on fabricated or unverified claims.                                                      
Permitted court officials to deny parents access to transcripts and records, preventing meaningful appeals and oversight.
Allowed baseless accusations of child abandonment or illegal wiretapping to justify severing parental rights and jailing parents.
Facilitated court "contracts" without disclosing the full terms causing signing under duress.

She has "allegedly":
Enabled unethical attorneys.
Colluded with a corrupt District Attorney.
Retaliated against parents who challenge her rulings.                        Creates an atmosphere of fear and unsafety in her courtroom through aggression, screaming and psychological tactics.
Facilitated prolonged family separations without cause. Illegally threatens jail with no legal justification.
Violates due process and the laws of the court.
