From declining quality of programs to a noticeable drop in enthusiasm among the remaining staff, it's evident that Jason Fox's leadership has not only stifled innovation but has also driven dedicated team members away. His inability to listen to the concerns of both staff and community members, coupled with a lack of strategic vision, has eroded the core values of RCCU1. Along with the recent decisions made by this administration have not only hurt school staff but recently have hurt our students education and finances.
According to internal and external voices, RCCU1 staff have noticed a decline in content quality, agreeing that the issues stem from poor leadership decisions and lack of organizational direction. Furthermore, jobs within RCCU1, once considered the pinnacle of career paths, are no longer attracting top talent due to the deteriorating work environment and toxic culture fostered under his leadership.
