James Bevan the chap responsible for allowing the atrocious pollution of English waterways with raw sewage, as highlighted in Channel 4's expose “Dirty Business”, has jumped ship to a cushdy Directorship of Welsh Water.

Under his leadership England's precious rivers and streams became dumping grounds for raw sewage resulting river and wild life death.

At Welsh Water he is over seeing similar catastrophic pollution as described in The Guardian.
