The City of Bremerton in coordination with developer's attorneys is attempting to shut down the Enetai community LEGAL appeal that is demanding they consider SEPA (environmental review) for the sewer-line extension they (City Council) approved. The back-door ordinance created by the City that allowed for the sewer approval is designed to force annexation and circumvent the WILL of the people. The ordinance allows for the City Council the sole discretion to approve a sewer line extension with no rules. This sewer line was approved after the community overwhelming opposed annexation.
