Through the past weeks, it has become clear that Elon no longer has the long term vision, decision making abilities, or people leading skills that are required to lead Tesla to success. Over the years, he has become more and more impulsive in his decision making and has become less and less engaged with the company, making rash decisions that impact the long term outlook and success of Tesla, including eliminating the entire supercharging organization that helped people build confidence in EVs to get EV adoption to where it is today. Elon has thrown out a lot of talent, potential, and value in the ways he has forced this round of layoffs to happen. You can also tell from his social media that he is not stable or capable of running one of the worlds largest and most impactful companies. It is clear that someone with better decision making abilities and leadership skills needs to take over so hopefully you can replace him before he destroys all of the value that has been created for shareholders over the years.
