The current CEO of Roblox, David Baszucki, has shown a disturbing lack of understanding and empathy towards the safety of children on his platform. His actions, or lack thereof, have proven that the predators lurking on the platform are not his top concern. In a shocking statement, Baszucki allegedly referred to child predators as a potential 'opportunity' rather than a grave threat that needs to be addressed immediately. Such a mindset is not only alarming but completely unacceptable for a person in his position.

Furthermore, Baszucki’s management decisions have already led to the banning of a well-known YouTuber Schlep. Schlep was banned for standing up against predators and advocating for the protection of minors within the Roblox community. Instead of being punished, individuals like Schlep should be celebrated and supported for their brave efforts to make the platform safer for everyone.

Roblox's AI moderation system, implemented under Baszucki's leadership, has been woefully inadequate and ineffective in catching genuinely harmful interactions while mistakenly targeting those who are not at fault. This flawed system puts children at an increased risk and fails to provide the robust protection Roblox often claims to deliver.

Our goal is clear: remove David Baszucki from his position as CEO of Roblox and bring in new leadership with a focused commitment on the safety and protection of all users, especially children. We need individuals who understand the seriousness of online child safety and prioritize preventive measures over profits.

We also demand a comprehensive overhaul of Roblox’s moderation system to ensure it is child-centric, effective, and operated by professionals equipped to detect and combat online harassment and predatory behavior.
