Darren Snyder was shown in video kicking and hitting dogs. He was found NOT GUILTY for this obvious abuse of innocent animals and tried to say it was discipline. There is something wrong with the system if we are allowing this type of behavior. He needs to get removed from his position to show this is not okay. Please sign to show you support his removal from Wilkes-Barre City Controller and have some justice for these dogs. This video is hard to watch.
