We, the owners of Coopersmith Village, demand the resignation of the standing HOA President due to unfavorable results of his performance. 

The present HOA President has not fulfilled his duties to the liking of the Owners of Coopersmith Village.  His attitude toward the Owners is uncooperative and uncaring to their requests and needs. 

Requests for upkeep of unit exteriors have been ignored. Requests for pool maintenance are not being fulfilled. Money is spent on unnecessary lawn maintenance. Fencing needs to be maintained. Mold on building exteriors is being ignored. 

This man rides around the community in a golf cart with his oxygen tank while he smokes cigarettes. When asked questions about community services he yells at owners and acts as if any questions are a nuisance to him.
