Hello my awesome Neighbors!!!

We are in April and the City has begun the talks with amending the agreement with the developer. The developer would then amend the agreement with our PUD.

If changes are to be made, it will take a couple different processes because changes would be necessary in the Development Agreement (DA) and Planned Unit Development (PUD) Agreement, as well as the Deed Restrictions.  The Council would have a part in amending the DA/PUD once the Council and developer agree on the change.  Once the DA/PUD is amended, the residents would then need to amend the deed restrictions (which is when we would have to vote above 67% to put the changes in effect)

They currently have us on their work session agenda for May or June. I will be attending the next meeting in May which is the third Monday of each month.

I really hope to see our neighbors there!!
