Hello Allegro and Hidden Trails Neighbors!

As you all are aware, our HOA fees were due January 1st 2023. Included in the yearly fee for Allegro and Hidden Trails residents is the yard maintenance fee, which has increased while the appearance and quality of our yards has decreased dramatically. Our yards are poorly maintained by the HOA's maintenance crew. There have been several instances when our yards have not been maintained at all. When we requested for the improvement of the maintenance of our yards, we were given the option to have our homes skipped by the maintenance crew, while still being required to pay for the yearly yard maintenance fee. We have provided photos of our un-kept yards to our HOA. Nothing has been done to improve the maintenance.  Our yards are filled with weeds and dry mulch. The residents have needed to clean up after the HOA's maintenance crew who are paid to tend our yards. Most residents have grown frustrated with cleaning up after the HOA's maintenance crew. These residents have opted to pay for separate yard maintenance themselves to keep up to code with the HOA's yard requirements. These requirements are not being kept by the HOA themselves. We should not pay a yard maintenance fee to clean up after the HOA's yard maintenance crew.

We demand that our City appointed officials remove this mandated fee from our yearly HOA dues. We demand to be allowed to maintain our own front yards just as those who are NOT required to pay the yard maintenance fee at all throughout Meridiana's Community. It is unreasonably unfair that only two sections in Meridiana are required to pay a significant amount of funding towards the yard maintenance to have it poorly maintained or not maintained at all! Please help us rectify this wrong! Sign the petition!
