Hey neighbors! I wanted to thank you all who came in solidarity before the council today! Thank you to all the residents who supported by signing the petition. You all rock! I can't stress that enough! 

The discussion on the HOA-provided landscape maintenance was VERY interesting among the council members. Their stance on this ordinance mirrors our own! And our stance on this was prominent! We moved all the members in support of having this issue resolved. They will be looking into amending our PUD agreements and I look forward to the next couple of months to see where they are with removing this mandate and providing possible "Opt-out" options for residents. The ball is moving and it's in their court!

From what we gathered at the meeting, we would need 67% of owners in favor of removing this ordinance. I can tell you all right now that the online petition holds that large percentage or MORE. I believe we ARE all in agreement �.

If you are a resident of Allegro or Hidden Trails, and have not signed, please sign the petition so that we can get a broad number of residents in favor of removing this. When signing, leave your full name and zip code. Though the council is in favor of reviewing our agreements for the removal of the ordinance, I like to be 10 steps ahead.
