Citizen Complaint Against Citadel Securities

To Whom It May Concern,

We, the undersigned citizens of the United States, are writing to express our grave concerns about the actions of Citadel Securities in the financial markets. We have evidence that suggests Citadel Securities has engaged in a range of unethical and illegal practices, including market manipulation, dark pool abuse, conflicts of interest, selling securities before they have been purchased, close ties to regulators, and excessive fines.

Market Manipulation: Evidence suggests that Citadel Securities has engaged in market manipulation practices, including high-frequency trading and the use of algorithms to distort market prices and reap unfair profits. This behavior is harmful to the integrity of financial markets and undermines the trust of ordinary investors.
Dark Pool Abuse: Citadel Securities is also accused of operating dark pools, which allow for trading to occur outside of public view, leading to a lack of transparency and the potential for unethical practices to go unnoticed.
Conflicts of Interest: Citadel Securities has a history of conflicts of interest, including business dealings with regulators and the selling of securities before they have been purchased. This presents a clear conflict of interest and undermines the impartiality of the markets.
