UPS workers and Customers  are enduring the negative consequences of CEO Carol Tomé's decisions. Under her leadership, UPS workers have experienced just how devastating her policies have been. Her primary focus appears to be enhancing her bonuses at the expense of those who work tirelessly for the company's success.

A serious concern lies with her decision to cut UPS's business with Amazon by half, costing the company approximately $6 billion a year, in profit. Instead of expanding the fleet and generating more jobs, this strategy resulted in the layoff of thousands of workers. It is evident that she would rather personally profit and overshadow the company's long-term wellbeing and prosperity.

Additionally, Carol Tomé's directive to slash routes has had far-reaching effects both on the workforce and customers. The increased workload on preloaders results in extended loading time, leading to late arrival of packages mainly airs. This has had a negative effect on drivers who are now out until 9pm-10pm delivering packages.

These policies are not moving the company forward, but quite the contrary. They have detrimental effects on the staff and the services that UPS is renowned for.

As such, we demand that Carol Tomé be removed from her role as UPS CEO immediately.
