Living in Laurie Meadows, Section A, Phase 3, Winterville, NC, is a privilege for many of us. We cherish the community spirit, the friendly faces, and the overall sense of belonging. However, this sense of community is increasingly threatened not by external factors, but by the entity meant to protect it: the CAMS Management company. For quite some time, the residents have been subject to quarterly fees imposed and collected by CAMS. Yet, these fees, designed with the intention of enhancing our neighborhood, seem to diverge from their true purpose.
