What Brenda has done so far:

• Changed the EGGS Timetable to disrupt classes, dysfunctioning student timetables and putting assemblies into the timetable with the pure intent of making long speechs that go into school breaks which give students less break time.
• Shortening school breaks making children have less free time.
• Removed free periods for school children which prevents students from studying in their spare time.
• Brenda has leaked confidential information about a pupil to members of EGGS in regards to a sexual assault case with legal name supression (You can find this in the NZ Herald)
• Supression to students in regards to school uniform, making it so that students cannot wear any clothing under their uniform even in cold or rainy weather where the uniform can be see thru. (uniform material is very poor so seeing through is very common)
• Brenda has been caught on a secret recording telling staff “when others go low, we choose to go high” after a serious privacy breach involving a former student (Also on the NZ Herald)
• Disrespectful to some teachers that don't teach acedemic subjects.
• Lack of respect to students and teachers.
• Theft of property - If phones are confiscated, they can only be retrieved with a parent on a wednesday or friday after school. If children's parents are unavailable then the phone is kept for long periods of time which is extremely toxic and could be illegal.

Most of these were implemented by Brenda, however, the board decides to stand by her in all these changes which make students lives worse. This should not stand and the quality of life for students at EGGS should change immediately, starting with the sacking of Brenda McNaughton. The girls need a fresh start.
